Ms. Delia Cruz-Bruno focuses in the areas of commercial litigation, business transactions, employer obligations, employee rights, and real estate transactions.  Ms. Cruz-Bruno energetically applies her knowledge of law, business, and real world matters to provide counsel, representation, and practical solutions to address the needs of business owners, entrepreneurs, employees, and others with related legal and business issues.

Ms. Cruz-Bruno has successfully represented clients in cases involving business formation and governance, business acquisition and dissolution, breach of contract, employment disputes, Texas Workforce Commission claims, professional services agreements, non-compete agreements, severance agreements, construction claims, construction contracts, lease agreements, and commercial and residential evictions.

The courts that represent Ms. Cruz-Bruno’s litigation practice include:  Dallas County District Courts and County Courts at Law; Tarrant County District Courts and County Courts at Law; Travis County District Courts and Travis County Probate Courts; Hidalgo County District Courts and County Courts at Law; United States District Courts for the Northern District; and United States District Courts for the Eastern District.  Ms. Cruz-Bruno is also admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court.
